4ProceduralAPPROVAL OF MINUTES A. The June 15, 2022 Minutes were deemed approved.

5ProceduralOLD BUSINESS A. Review and discuss active CIP projects. Discussed the following: Hangar and Apron Repairs: Airport Manager Cohen updated the committee that this project has addressed issues with older hangars, addressing electrical issues, and conducting roofing repairs for rows one through eight. He then mentioned that this project would cost approximately $600,000, depending on the pricing of the contractor, and as a result, had to postpone other projects. Airport Manager Cohen explained that this project is scheduled for the Summer of 2023 and is not AIP funded. Hangar Bathroom Project: Airport Manager Cohen reported that the design for this project has been completed and would cost approximately $260,000 but would be a great asset for Airport tenants and PAPA members. Airport Manager Cohen further explained that the bathrooms would require a special disposal system due to its location but is slated to begin during Fiscal Year 2024. Commissioner Dietrich inquired if these new facility costs could be offsetted with rent prices.
