3ProceduralGENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT During General Public Comment, the public is invited to make comments on items of public interest that are within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction and that are not listed on the current agenda. Public comments are limited to two minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Committee, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes.

5ProceduralGENERAL PLAN POLICY AND STRATEGY IDEAS The General Plan Consulting team will give presentations on the current status of General Plan work related to their area of specialization, followed by breakout rooms for discussion on policy and strategy ideas between the consultants and GPAC members. This sequence will happen in two rounds. a. Brief presentation by representatives from Strategic Economics and Raimi + Associates regarding policy and strategy ideas for Parks and Recreation and Economic Development in light of GPAC Working Group recommendations b. Topical breakout room discussion on policies and strategies i. Room 1: Parks and Recreation ii. Room 2: Economic Development c. Brief presentation by representatives from the Cultural Planning Group and Fehr & Peers of policy and strategy ideas regarding Arts and Culture and Transportation in light of GPAC Working Group recommendations d. Topical breakout room discussion on policies and strategies i. Room 1: Arts and Culture ii. Room 2: Transportation e. Public comment f. GPAC discussion as a large group
