The city is holding a public hearing to gather feedback on environmental impacts of two downtown projects: a housing and economic development overlay program affecting three downtown areas (B Street, Western Avenue, and Washington Street), and a hotel project at 2 Petaluma Boulevard South. The Planning Commission and Historic and Cultural Preservation Committee will review public comments and recommend whether the city should move forward with preparing a final environmental report.
