2Public HearingReview and discuss existing AdHoc SubCommittees and make recommendations to determine which AdHoc SubCommittees remain active, warrant change, or complete based on Tree Advisory Committee priorities and consistency with duties established in the enabling ordinance Excerpt from Ordinance 1874, Section 2.80.050 regarding duties for reference: The Tree Advisory Committee shall perform the duties designated and delegated by the City Council on matters pertaining to the management of tree resources within the City. The Committee shall also serve as a forum for the coordination of treerelated City policies, and shall advise the City on matters referred by City departments, and other Councilappointed hearing bodies.
The Tree Advisory Committee will review its active sub-committees and recommend which ones should continue, be modified, or be ended based on current priorities and their original responsibilities.
