The meeting is called to order.

Staff will take attendance, handle any logistics, and provide an overview of how the meeting will be conducted.
3ProceduralPROJECT AND STAFF UPDATES a Updates on initiatives related to the General Plan Update (GPU) b Clarifyng questions from GPAC members
Staff will update the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) on progress with the General Plan Update project and answer any clarifying questions from committee members.
4ProceduralLAND USE ALTERNATIVES AND RELATED POLICY a Presentation by Troy Reinhalter and Ron Whitmore from Raimi + Associates to introduce alternatives for changing the mix and intensity of uses in key opportunity sites b Public comment c GPAC discussion
Consultants from Raimi + Associates will present different options for changing what types of development and how intensely they could develop key opportunity sites in Petaluma, followed by public comments and committee discussion.
5ProceduralCOMMITTEE MEMBER GENERAL COMMENT
Committee members can make general comments on topics of their choosing.

Members of the public can provide comments on agenda items or other topics.
