The meeting is called to order.

Attendance is taken and meeting logistics and overview are provided.
3ProceduralPROJECTS AND STAFF UPDATES a. Updates on initiatives related to the General Plan Update (GPU), including upcoming community engagement b. Clarifying questions from GPAC members
Staff will provide updates on the General Plan Update initiative, including plans for community input, and GPAC members can ask clarifying questions.
4ProceduralPUBLIC DRAFT LAND USE POLICY FRAMEWORK a. Staff presentation: Overview of strategies in the Public Draft Land Use Policy Framework used to achieve community priorities b. Clarifying questions from GPAC members c. Public comment d. GPAC discussion of key policy questions in the Public Draft Land Use Policy Framework
Staff will present the Public Draft Land Use Policy Framework and explain its strategies for meeting community priorities; GPAC members and the public will have opportunities to ask questions and comment, followed by committee discussion of key policy questions.
5ProceduralGENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT During General Public Comment, the public is invited to make comments on items of public interest that are within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction and that are not listed on the current agenda. Public comments are limited to three minutes per person, unless public comment is anticipated to total more than twenty minutes, at which point the time will be allocated in equal shares.
Members of the public can speak about any topics of public interest related to the committee's work that are not already on the agenda, limited to three minutes per person.
6ProceduralCOMMITTEE MEMBER GENERAL COMMENT Open time for thoughts, reflection, and closing comments from GPAC members.
GPAC members are invited to share their thoughts, reflections, and closing comments.

Final wrap-up of the meeting.
