3Public HearingPublic Hearing – Recommendation to the City of Petaluma Planning Commission to Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider a Resolution Approving Site Plan and Architectural Review, a Tree Removal Permit, and a Lot Line Adjustment for the Sid Commons Project, a 180unit Multifamily Development Located at 18 Bernice Court and 0 Graylawn Avenue; APNs 019010006 and 019010009; City Record Number PLPJ 20240007 (PLSR20240010). An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared for the project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) was certified by the City Council on February 3, 2020 (SCH No. 2007072041). The recommendation before the Planning Commission includes a finding that the project analyzed in this meeting item staff report is in substantial conformance with the project analyzed in the Certified EIR, and the project is subject to the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) adopted following certification of the EIR.
