6Public HearingPublic Hearing Recommendation to the City of Petaluma Planning Commission to Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider a Resolution Recommending to the City Council to Adopt an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2900 N.C.S. Concerning the Downtown Housing and Economic Opportunity Overlay to Restore Floor Area Ratio (FAR) to 2.5 in Table 5.2 of Section 5.070(D) of the Petaluma Implementing Zoning Ordinance (IZO) to be Consistent with the Current General Plan. This is a discretionary action, which requires environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and finding that the action falls within the Final EIR (SCH # 2024040565) certified for the project and the common sense CEQA exemption (CEQA Guidelines 15061(b)(3)).
