CITY OF PETALUMA, CALIFORNIA REGULAR MEETING OF THE HISTORIC & CULTURAL PRESERVATION MEETING City Hall Council Chamber 11 English Street Petaluma, CA 94952 MINUTES Tuesday, November 04, 2025 CALL TO ORDER - (5:00 PM) ROLL CALL PRESENT: Samantha Barclay-Saxon, Caroline Hall, Julia McMichael, and Ally Squirrell ABSENT: None GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT- (5:00 PM) During General Public Comment, the public is invited to make comments on items of public interest that are within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction and that are not listed on the current agenda. Public comments are limited to up to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Committee, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes, subject to the Committee’s discretion (Cal. Gov’t. Code §54954.3(a), Petaluma City Council Rules, Policies and Procedures, III). Chair Barclay-Saxon opened general public comment. - No general public comments were provided. Chir Saxxon requested a motion. Committee Member Squirrel motioned for a vote, and Chair Barclay-Saxon seconded the motion. The Clerk conducted the vote. The vote was carried by a vote of 2-1. YES: Squirrell and Barclay-Saxon NO: McMichael ABSTAIN: N/A ABSENT: Hall Chair Barclay-Saxon closed Meeting Item 1 and continued with the agenda.
