CITY OF PETALUMA, CALIFORNIA REGULAR MEETING OF THE PEDESTRIAN & BICYCLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE City Hall Council Chamber 11 English Street Petaluma, CA 94952 MINUTES Wednesday, November 05, 2025 CALL TO ORDER Chair Yeager called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Balshaw, Felix, Garcia, Goldman, Meyers, Schleret, Yeager ABSENT: Chisham, Quint C ommittee Member Meyers arrived at 6:33 PM GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT During General Public Comment, the public is invited to make comments on items of public interest that are within the City Council’s subject matter jurisdiction and that are not listed on the current agenda. Public comments are limited up to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes, subject to the Council’s discretion (Cal. Gov’t. Code §54954.3(a), Petaluma City Council Rules, P olicies and Procedures, III). Approval of Minutes for the meeting of September 3, 2025 Minutes approved as presented

PUBLIC HEARINGS AND MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION 2. Appoint a New Citizen Representative to the Sonoma County Transportation and Climate Authorities' Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee Chair Yeager introduced the item and invited Bjorn Griepenburg to speak. Bjorn Griepenburg provided an overview of the citizen representative’s role and the opportunity available to appoint a new one with the previous PBAC member representing (Marja Tarr) no longer being on PBAC. Committee Member Garcia provided additional information about this role. Committee Questions: Committee Member Felix asked a question about the Petaluma ATP (Committee Member Garcia responded) Seeing no PBAC members taking the opportunity, Chair Yeager closed the item and told PBAC members that they could reach out to Bjorn Griepenburg if they’re interested. 3. Ad Hoc Committees Breakout Discussions and Reporting Bike-Friendly Businesses Street & Trail Design Standards Wayfinding Chair Yeager introduced the item and called for a meeting recess for breakout ad hoc committee discussions at 6:44 PM. Chair Yeager reconvened the meeting at 7:33 PM and asked the ad hoc committees to report out on their discussions. Committee Member Meyers reported out for the Wayfinding ad hoc committee. Bjorn Griepenburg suggested that this ad hoc committee provide something by the January PBAC Regular Meeting for the rest of PBAC to review before sharing it with the City’s wayfinding project consultant. Committee Member Felix reported out for the Bike-Friendly Businesses ad hoc committee. Chair Yeager reported out for the Street & Trail Design Standards ad hoc committee.

Staff Updates – November 2025 Bjorn Griepenburg shared updates for recent, current, and upcoming pedestrian- and bicycle-related City projects, events, and City Council items, including the D Street Pilot Project Update (presentation to City Council at 11/17/2025 meeting) and the Lakeville Corridor Multi-modal Improvements Study. ADJOURNMENT Chair Yeager adjourned the meeting at 8:05 PM.
