Goal 4: Increase Access to Information and Resources Ad Hoc members: Robert Bailey, Katherine Wells Volunteer members Nickola Frye, Gabriella Ambrosi Objective: To ensure seniors have access to important information and resources. Discussion of 2027 Senior Advisory Committee Senior Resource Fair at the Petaluma Community Center. Goal 5: Advocate for SeniorFriendly Infrastructure Ad Hoc members: Objective: To create a more seniorfriendly environment in Petaluma. Goal 6: Work with Sonoma County Master Plan for Aging Ad Hoc Members: No Ad Hoc all SAC members will participate (if possible) in MPA. Objective: To create and increase a working relationship with MPA. Goal 7: Foster Intergenerational Connections Ad Hoc members: Objective: To encourage connections between seniors and younger generations.
Committees will report on progress toward seven goals including expanding social activities for seniors, improving physical and mental health, increasing access to information and resources, making Petaluma more senior-friendly, partnering with the county's Master Plan for Aging, and fostering connections between seniors and younger people; the group will also discuss a 2027 Senior Resource Fair at the Petaluma Community Center.
