Public comments are limited up to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes, subject to the Council’s discretion (Cal. Gov’t. Motion raised to approve the purchase of twenty trash and recycling dual waste receptacles from Victor Stanley by Councilmember Pocekay, seconded by Committeemember Culross Vote: 6-0-1 Yes: Culross, Heal, Quint, Pocekay, Vazquez-Izaguirre, Tarr No: None Absent: Abrams Motion carried 5. 2024 Title VI Plan Update for Petaluma Transit Jared Hall presented the plan and discussed requirements and eligibility for Federal Transit Administration funding under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
