The Arbor Day planning group will update the council on their event plans and ask permission to spend money from the Merlone Geier Fund to support the event.

The Street Tree committee will discuss holding a special study session where council members can review and comment on an updated list of trees approved for planting in Petaluma.
4Public HearingPlanning Design Ad Hoc Sub Committee Update – Discuss potential nomination and vote to approve a change in membership. COMMITTEE COMMENT STAFF COMMENT
The Planning Design committee is proposing a change to its membership and will ask the council to vote on approving the change.

Public comments are limited up to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes, subject to the Council’s discretion (Cal. Gov’t. Code §54954.3(a), Petaluma City Council Rules, Policies and Procedures, III). PRESENTATIONS 1.
