Public comments are limited up to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes, subject to the Council’s discretion (Cal. Gov’t. Code §54954.3(a), Petaluma City Council Rules, Policies and Procedures, III). General Public Comment Opened General Public Comment Closed PRESENTATIONS 1. Presentation on shopping carts and buggies aboard Petaluma Transit buses ­ continued Chair Abrams introduced the item and invited Jared Hall to present. Jared Hall presented on current policies about bringing shopping carts and strollers onto transit buses as part of ongoing discussions about possible changes or additions to the current policies that would go into the rider policy guide.
